HENZO presents this group experience to international buyers and coordinates new projects through the appropriate group factory. The legal contracting and manufacturing entity for each historical project remains the entity named in the original project records.

Project Execution and HENZO Responsibility

For new enquiries, HENZO can review design drawings and specifications, coordinate constructability RFIs, 3D modelling, shop drawings and fabrication drawings, and route the approved build-to-print scope to the suitable Modern Group manufacturing company. The quotation identifies the legal fabricator, manufacturing site, certificate coverage, inspection responsibilities and delivery boundary.
